Arctic Circle Update
I believe that our temperature hit the 70s today. It was gorgeous! The boys got their wish, and were able to change into shorts after school! As you can see, Andrew was able to get in on the action today! It may snow later this week, but for today, shorts were in order.
"Rocking Chair" Picture Revisited
I made another attempt to take a good "rocking chair" picture, and here are the results. The idea is to have him sitting in the same chair with the same stuffed animal year by year, so that you can see his growth. It's kind of hard when the child won't cooperate! He must be tired from all the fun time he spent outside this afternoon?!? He did enjoy wrestling with Snoopy, though...
The Big Three!
Comparing Andrew's annual "rocking chair" picture from last year to this year...This year he had a lot of fun knocking Snoopy down, which made it difficult to capture a nice picture. His looks haven't changed that much, in my opinion, but you can see a height difference!
Happy 3rd Birthday, Andrew! We love you!

Three Years Old!
Tomorrow, Andrew will be three. We had a fun party last Saturday night to celebrate with family. The party was Thomas the Tank Engine themed - one of Andrew's current favorite characters. He was so excited for his party. He was so cute blowing out his candle - only a little spit on the cake! Grandpa Mike didn't mind too much! All in all a special night for our "Little Man!"
One More Year?
We head back to Madison on March 22nd for Andrew's orthopedic appointment. When we were there in September, his doctor thought that he should be able to stop wearing the shoes when he turns four. Andrew doesn't really complain about wearing the shoes, which is such a blessing; but I certainly am looking forward to the day when we don't have to put the torture devices on him twice daily anymore!
A Nice Day
Here's a picture for my cousin, Heather, who thinks we live in the Arctic Circle. I couldn't resist today's photo opportunity to show off the boys playing outside in their short-sleeved shirts, contrasted with the little bit of snow we have left. Today was a gorgeous day! I have been loving the sunshine we've had lately - with or without the warm temperatures! The third boy is one of our neighbors...poor Andrew missed out on all the fun while he was taking his nap!
